Shop terms of sale
These terms apply to any purchase you make through the120ist shop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who you are buying from
the120ist shop is operated by Pro-Viz, a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom and run by Nick Davis. Pro-Viz is the seller of any goods purchased through the shop. For any questions, email hello@the120.ist.
2. Products
All products sold through the shop are printed on demand. This means each item is produced after you place your order, rather than held in stock. Our fulfillment partner Printful produces and ships every item on our behalf. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, with shipping time added on top.
Product images on the site are mockups generated by Printful. Slight variation between the mockup and the finished product is normal, particularly in colour, print position, and fabric texture.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. Pro-Viz is not currently registered for VAT, so prices do not include UK VAT.
We may change prices at any time, but any change does not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
4. Placing an order
You place an order by adding items to your cart and completing payment through Stripe. Once payment is received, your order is automatically sent to Printful for production. You will receive an order confirmation email from Stripe with your receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order via Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards Stripe supports. We do not store or have access to your card details.
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees, and depend on the destination country, customs, and postal delays beyond our control.
Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges are the responsibility of the customer for international orders. These vary by country and we cannot estimate them in advance.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered in detail in our returns policy. In summary: because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, but we will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted, provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
8. Liability
Our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have under UK law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. The terms in effect when you placed your order continue to apply to that order.
